TERMS & CONDITIONS

General:

Ordering from Azure Hawker is very easy simply find the items you want to buy, add them to your basket and then follow the checkout procedure entering your delivery details, then payment is made by credit or debit card through our secure payment system Stripe or by PayPal if you have an account. An email will be sent when you order and again when your items have been despatched. In the event of items being out of stock we will inform you as soon as possible with estimated delivery times or an alternative. We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt of the order.

Orders received from a Friday after 3pm to Sunday will be dispatched on the next working day (Monday).

Payment:

Goods remain the property of Azure Hawker until cleared funds are available for your order, we can refuse to deliver the goods until cleared payment is available or in the event of non payment or reverse payment we reserve the right to collect the goods if they have been shipped and claim expenses for the recovery of the goods.

Returns:

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, or there is an issue with it please contact us in the first instance. If you are unhappy, we shall ask for its return and offer a full refund.

If there is an issue with any of our devices, we shall replace it or give a full refund depending on the situation. We may in some situations ask for the item to be returned for investigation, in such situations we shall refund the postage amount after sending a replacement device.

If the return is due to our mistake we shall ask for its return and refund a suitable postage amount for the item to be returned.

Any Faulty goods must be reported within 4 weeks if purchase.

Before returning any item please contact us first so that we can manage its return.

Warranty:

Azure Hawker PC offer a 12-month warranty on any of our devices. If you have any issues please contact us.

Azure Hawker RC (ESC’s and RC car components) offer 3-month warranty on our devices due to the nature of user soldered devices.

Copyright:

International copyright laws protect the entire contents of the Site. The owners of the intellectual property and copyrights are Azure Hawker. You may not reproduce, republish, modify, copy, transmit, upload, post, or distribute, in any manner, the material on the site, including text, graphics, and code without written permission from Azure Hawker

Value Added Tax:

Azure Hawker is not VAT registered and therefore VAT is not collected during purchase.

Under this regulation we are required to advise you of how we use and store your personal information such as your name, shipping / billing address, email address and telephone / mobile phone numbers.

Use of your Personal Information:

Please see our Privacy policy. We use your personal information to operate our business and working relationship with you to create invoices, delivery notes and statements. We may also contact you via telephone / mobile phone or email with regard to specific ongoing orders or due to payment issues.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their own commercial uses.

Azure Hawker are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. Any reliance on the material on this site is used at your own risk.

The prices on our store for our products are subject to change without notice.

We try to collect enough accurate and up to date information to provide you with an efficient customer service. Will not keep your information for longer than we need it and we make sure that the records we have about you are managed properly and deleted promptly and securely when we no longer need them.

The Data Protection Act 1998 gives you certain rights towards your personal information. We take all reasonable efforts for you to exercise those rights. Azure Hawker and its staff shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the site and store.
